Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT - Project Control Officer III to join our client
Contract Period: 12 Months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: Starting from $42 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid - 2 days a week - Potential of up to 4 days
Business Hours: Monday - Friday; Core business hours
Job Responsibilities:

• Creation of Epics as requested by Onboarding team, uploading task lists, assigning to LOB-aligned resources
• Monitoring the plan and milestones and managing onboarding dashboard
• Troubleshooting + creating new ConfiForms when requested
• Creating template deck for Quarterly Townhalls, content provided by AVP and directs
• Ensuring all content is included prior to townhall date (reaching out to Guest speakers to integrate their slides into the overall Townhall deck), in correct presenting order
• Assisting with any access requests
• Review new intakes, identify technology request/scope of project (follow-up with requestor when necessary) + determine priority
• Creation of pipeline id as applicable - closing SN task - creation of "wiki" confluence page
• When new resource is in the system: - request accesses - forward meetings - send welcome email - add resource to distribution lists - troubleshoot access Ongoing support for new resources
• Submission of On/Off-boarding form for new resources
• Creation of template pages for business update reports
• Update for newly added app codes
• Analysis and report creation for AVP
• Creation and updating of dashboards for Management

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Relevant Experience
• Clarity
• Jira
• Power Bi
• Service Now (create CR's, queries, Demand process flow)
• Confluence
• SharePoint
• Finance Industry or Banking Experience
• Agile Environment Experience
