Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an IT Project Analyst - (Power Automate, Power BI, Python) who will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams through efficient communication, data reporting, and process automation. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to maintain project documentation, track budgets and expenditures, and automate manual workflows to drive operational efficiency. This position requires strong skills in Power Automate, Power BI, and database queries, along with a solid understanding of business analysis and reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
  • Manage storage and retrieval of project communications, data, and business metrics.
  • Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Set up and manage project and work breakdown structures.
  • Establish, document, and refine business processes to support project delivery.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate monitoring of transaction controls and costs.
  • Produce and maintain reports combining multiple data sets for internal stakeholders.
  • Refine processes and reports related to web traffic results and agent deployment tracking.
  • Automate workflows related to file movements, email bots, and data normalization to improve efficiency.
Desired Skill Set:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles in reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business trends and forecast revenues and expenses.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Power Automate, Power BI, database queries, and business requirement documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Python for automation or data processing.
  • Knowledge of Market Data.
  • Previous experience in a financial institution.
  • Familiarity with AI query prompting.
