Hybrid: 2 days in-office (will increase to 4 days in future)
Anchor days: Wed, Thursday
Contract Duration: 01/05/2026 to 10/31/2026

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday;standard 37.5 hrs/week
Story Behind the Need
Business group: Project Delivery & Support is currently supporting The Global Network Engineering team
Project: Intune -Phase 3
Migrate on-prem end point management services to the public cloud.
Reason: PM to support Intune
Candidate Value Proposition:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a high visibility to project, working closely with multiple Scotia departments and a top tier vendor.
Must have skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a IT Project / Program Manager, preferrable on Infrastructure Initiatives
• Must be bilingual with Spanish
• 2+ years of experience with Endpoint management of windows systems in a large enterprise is critical for the role
• 2+ years of experience with Applying CIS Policies, Windows Imaging, auto provisioning of windows imaging

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Autopilot Technology & Microsoft Intune Technology
• Prior experience with Cloud Migration projects (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Experience supporting multinational teams
• Recent Experience with Top 5 Banks is an asset

Soft Skills Required:

• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
• Great communication skills are required, as they will regularly be communicating internally and externally

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required.
• PMP Certification is nice to have

Best VS. Average Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Bilingual IT Project manager with strong experience with Endpoint management of windows systems in a large enterprise.
