Typical Day in the Role:
Define the MVP and rollout plan of the CNAPP (Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform) product, clearly outlining the problems and risks it's solving
Facilitate communication on CNAPP roadmap progress with stakeholders and clients to align with the AppSec Governance goals
Manage and prioritize with a risk-based approach on the product backlog, new features, and enhancements
Facilitate forums and prepare the team for constructive collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams, technology and business channels, and control functions
Define and report on overall status, metrics, key achievements, next steps and risks with a data-driven approach
Drive collaboration between senior execs, platforms, product managers, IT owners, security and technology experts etc.
Work with Application teams, Cloud Platform teams, and SMEs to define timelines, migration strategy, strategic & tactical recommendations and spearhead socialization and buy-ins from stakeholders
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
7+ years' experience in Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required
5+ years' experience in Information Security
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
Familiarity with CNAPP components: CWPP, CIEM, CSPM, KSPM etc.
Hands-on experience in Agile tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. to create Epics, User Stories and track Tasks
Nice to have requirements:
Hands-on experience in developing security product requirements and prioritization of backlogs
Soft Skills:
Self-starter that actively engages issues seeking resolution, with the ability to meet dynamic changes on prioritization
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
You possess advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English
Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Degrees or certifications:
Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
