About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and business? As IT Product Manager with OCS, you will bridge the gap between our IT department and various business units. You will play a critical role in aligning IT services with business needs, driving improvements, and optimizing productivity. This is your chance to shape the future of ERP in a dynamic, purpose-driven organization. This role will be responsible for OMS (specifically Microsoft IOM) and its associated integrations with internal and external applications - e.g. inventory values communicated to B2B/B2C applications, and sales orders dropping to our Warehouse Management System.



About Your Day

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and operational challenges. Develop and communicate the platform roadmap and collaborate with business units to identify opportunities. Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities where IT can provide solutions to business challenges Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis, oversee project execution, and stay up-to-date with platform vendor roadmaps and best practices. Drive the execution of projects by overseeing the implementation of product features, coordinating development and testing efforts, and monitoring progress Translate business strategy into technology initiatives, conduct impact analyses, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5+ years in technical product management, Business Relationship Management, or similar roles. Experience driving the vision, roadmap and execution of technical platforms Experience integrating across multiple platforms is preferred Deep understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, including architecture, integration, and deployment is preferred A Minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft Technology stack of products (i.e. D365, Power Platform, Azure) is preferred, with an emphasis on Microsoft IOM and real-time integration patterns Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and a knack for solving complex problems High-level understanding of scalable distributed systems and cloud-based technologies. Experience in retail, wholesale, or omnichannel environments is a plus Experience managing IT projects utilizing project management methodologies (i.e. agile, scrum) and project management tools (i.e. JIRA, confluence) Certifications like PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are an asset

About the Job

This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule. The current in office requirement is a minimum of 3 days/week (may be more depending on business needs). The OCS office is located near York Mills and Yonge St. However, OCS reserves the right to change this policy and its office location at any time. Compensation

The target hiring range for this position is $105,000 - 115,000. This is a pay grade 7 role, with a salary range of $82,623.96 - $123,507.59. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
