Candidate Profile Details:

• Degree/Certifications Required: ITIL - Lean six sigma green belt ideally but not required
• Years of Overall Experience: 3yr - 5yrs
• Preferred Candidate Background: Ideally from the Banking / AML / Access / FI overall
• How will performance be measured: SLA based
• Selling Points of Position (CVP): Working within a leading FI organization
• Work within Client Financial Crime and Risk Management Department in the Technology and Operational Support Team.
• Candidate will be responsible for access provisioning for multiple applications and some application support which will include:

o Reviewing access request form
o Communicating with requesters
o Access provisioning
o Validating access provisioned is correct
o Retaining evidence for audit
o Troubleshoot access issues

• Candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs
• Team is technical in nature, technical skills such as outlook, MS Excel is a must. Other tech skills like SQL, Powershell, SAS would be asset.
• Good oral and written communication skills is essential

Must Have:

• Application support experience
• Access provisioning experience
• Report running
• Excel experience
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)

Nice To Have

• SQL experience
• AML experience
• Banking experience
• Client is moving towards 4 days per week in office, candidate must be able to come to the office in person 4 days a week, not negotiable.
