IT & Office Assistant Holborn Holdings Ltd. is looking for a full-time IT & Office assistant, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment. The IT & Office Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager and Executive Assistant and will be assisting in a variety of tasks, projects, and processes. Responsibilities of the IT & Office assistant include:
Providing IT & AV technical support for different office locations in BC
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Coordinating with out-sourcing IT consultant
Installing and configuring hardware and software components
Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility.
Performing tests and evaluations on software and hardware
Offering information and support to users when they have hardware-, software, and computer-related issues
Managing inventory
Travelling between different office locations when necessary
Supporting other office tasks
Required Skills and Experience:
Two years of experience as IT Helpdesk, IT Admin or AV Technician as an asset;
Understanding of computer networks and systems;
Excellent organizational, communication and written skills;
Detail-orientated, proactive, and able to multi-task;
Exceptional work ethic and high level of integrity;
With valid class 5 diver license
