Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
Maintain records and internal documentation
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Assist internal teams with administrative tasks as needed
Technical Support
Provide basic technical assistance for office systems (email access, printers, computers, software logins)
Assist with internal databases, CRM, and record systems
Support users with basic troubleshooting and system access
Records & Documentation
Maintain organized digital and physical files

Follow internal policies and procedures
Qualifications
Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, IT Support, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in administrative and/or technical support roles
