The Role

As a member of the Information Technology team, the Network Analyst will implement network solutions using the Cisco Meraki platform for Attabotics and our customers. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will be involved in the design, deployment, maintenance, and support for our local, wireless, and wide area networks.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in a variety of Networking, IT or Computer Science designations.
• Expertise in key technologies including Internet protocol suite, Meraki-Cisco, Digi-xBee, Azure-o365, Windows OS and related networking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, experience analyzing and communicating requirements, collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, initiative and a self-starter
• Must be self-motivated and have a strong desire and interest in learning about technology, keeping abreast of the latest changes and solutions, and to be constantly learning and challenging oneself to seek leading edge technology solutions
• Preference will also be given to candidates with Azure, VMWare, Linux, Nutanix, as well as reporting-scripting experience

What We Need

• Perform installation, administration and support of network systems and services (routing, switching, firewalls, and intrusion detection) in a heterogeneous environment across multiple sites
• Maintain technical expertise in all areas of network infrastructure hardware and software including routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, gateways, wireless, video, and related equipment
• Develop and manage appropriate network documentation, including operational and maintenance instructions either directly or through service providers
• Manage day to day network operations and enhancements
• Provide off hours support for maintenance and scheduled shutdowns as required
• Work with third-party vendors in support of the network services driving continuous improvement
• Consulting with key internal software and embedded development groups as well as project management to ensure ongoing alignment of our environment and controls
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
