Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Manager/Systems Administrator to join our team at All-Lift Ltd. This role is crucial in managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting our commitment to exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for all end-user devices, hardware, and software across our office and warehouse locations.
Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and network infrastructure (WiFi, firewalls, VPNs).
Manage backups, system updates, security patches, and endpoint protection.
Support and troubleshoot business applications, including EquipSoft (built on Microsoft Dynamics), acting as a first-line contact for user issues and vendor liaison.
Coordinate IT projects, hardware refreshes, and software deployments.
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and escalate issues when required.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
Requirements
3-7 years of hands-on IT experience in a similar role (manufacturing, distribution, or service industry experience preferred).
Proficient with Microsoft 365, Windows Server environments, and networking basics.
Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics-based applications, especially EquipSoft, is a strong asset.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an asset.
