Creative Team Solutions (CTS) provides back-office supports (finance, IT, HR, payroll and executive services) to not-for-profit organizations. Our Vision is to create capacity and sustainability for non-profit organizations through professional shared service efficiencies. We strive to help non-profit organizations serving vulnerable people to focus on their primary mandates. CTS provides economic value to organizations it supports by offering an alternative for executive, HR, payroll, finance and IT services. We are currently seeking a growth-oriented and efficiency-driven IT Manager to join our executive team.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary education in Computer Science / Information Technology

3 to 5 years related work experience

Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and full access to a reliable vehicle

Valid Criminal Reference Police Record Check must be provided prior to employment

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

Proven knowledge and experience in the following:

Microsoft 365 Administration and Monitoring

VPN and Remote Access Technologies

Microsoft Server Technology - including Active Directory, File Servers, SQL Server Administration

Virtualization Technologies - Including VMWare, Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Servers

VOIP and telephone systems

Security Methodologies and Concepts - such as MFA and Zero Trust, as well as Cisco Firepower NGIDS and Meraki Networking

ABILITY, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

Multi-task in a team environment

Work under pressure with tight deadlines

Conduct research into a wide range of computing tech support issues

Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to interact will all levels of an organization

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate with a variety of stakeholders

Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving support skills

Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to create integrated plans, influence outcomes and engage multiple stakeholders

Ability to determine technical requirements from non-technical documentation

Demonstrated ability managing, leading and mentoring direct reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
