CTS provides economic value to organizations it supports by offering an alternative for executive, HR, payroll, finance and IT services. We are currently seeking a growth-oriented and efficiency-driven IT Manager to join our executive team.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Post-secondary education in Computer Science / Information Technology
3 to 5 years related work experience
Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and full access to a reliable vehicle
Valid Criminal Reference Police Record Check must be provided prior to employment
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Proven knowledge and experience in the following:
Microsoft 365 Administration and Monitoring
VPN and Remote Access Technologies
Microsoft Server Technology - including Active Directory, File Servers, SQL Server Administration
Virtualization Technologies - Including VMWare, Hyper-V and Azure Virtual Servers
VOIP and telephone systems
Security Methodologies and Concepts - such as MFA and Zero Trust, as well as Cisco Firepower NGIDS and Meraki Networking
ABILITY, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Multi-task in a team environment
Work under pressure with tight deadlines
Conduct research into a wide range of computing tech support issues
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to interact will all levels of an organization
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate with a variety of stakeholders
Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving support skills
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to create integrated plans, influence outcomes and engage multiple stakeholders
Ability to determine technical requirements from non-technical documentation
Demonstrated ability managing, leading and mentoring direct reports
