We\'re growing and our Information Technology team is looking for an experienced IT professional to take on the role of IT Manager! This position is located at our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario.



As the IT Manager, you will responsible for how Skyline manages, organizes, stores and accesses its information by providing database applications through analyzing all informational requirements, programming, troubleshooting and enforcing database standards while supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities. This role is also responsible for overseeing our Infrastructure Team.

• A security guard! Well, not literally but a passion for keeping information safe and the skill to ensure the performance, security and integrity database systems.
• A desire to help people. You know how to facilitate troubleshooting and defect resolution with a smile on your face.
• An intuition to identify and anticipate system issues and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to prevent and minimize system disruption.
• Minimum two (2) to three (3) years post-secondary education in computer science, information technology or related degree/diploma.
• Minimum five (5) years relevant workplace experience or equivalent combination of workplace experience and education and three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing employees.
• Project management experience or PMO certification an asset.
