The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, strategic planning, risk management, and cybersecurity operations, along with a passion for fostering collaboration across teams.YOUR Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on all IT-related projects to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures, promoting adherence to cybersecurity best practices.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment between stakeholders, including first and second lines of defense, partners, and IT departments, to integrate cybersecurity strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies, initiatives, policies, and enterprise programs to achieve a cohesive approach to cybersecurity.
  • Operationalize the organizational risk and security vision through strategic planning and alignment with industry trends and regulatory developments.
  • Manage high-priority cybersecurity risk management projects that align with the long-term goals and evolving threat landscape.
  • Identify emerging risks and recommend proactive strategies to mitigate potential impacts on business operations.
  • Develop and implement an IT service management strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Own the Service Management systems roadmap, driving process improvements and workflow automation.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and enhancement of IT management processes (e.g., problem, knowledge, change, capacity, asset management) using ITIL v4 practices.
  • Develop standards, metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement IT infrastructure strategies that support business objectives.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for IT governance, risk, compliance, and audit to ensure effective IT operations while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the total cost of ownership related to IT infrastructure throughout its lifecycle.
  • Develop a long-term infrastructure roadmap to support growth and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Architect and maintain secure, high-availability hybrid networks integrating on-premises systems with cloud resources.
  • Ensure comprehensive network security and traffic management by utilizing firewalls and advanced security tools to detect and resolve threats.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve infrastructure security practices according to industry standards.
  • Manage enterprise-scale Windows domain environments and oversee the integration of Linux-based systems to ensure secure operations.
  • Develop scalability, redundancy, and disaster recovery protocols to maintain business continuity.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing infrastructure team, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure infrastructure services meet business needs.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
TOOLs/Skills you need for your role:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Masterxe2x80x99s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT management, cybersecurity, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
