Title: IT Learning and User Adoption Specialist
Location: Suite 204-4940 Canada Way, Burnaby, British Columbia (Onsite from day 1 with hybrid schedule, look for local folks only)
Duration: 6 months

Job description:-
The IT Learning and User Adoption Specialist is expected to participate in end user training initiatives for IT projects, ensuring end users are prepared and equipped to use the new system upon go-live, ensuring business requirements are met by current learning trend.

Requirement Details:

• The IT Learning and User Adoption Specialist is expected to participate in end user training initiatives for IT projects, ensuring end users are prepared and equipped to use the new system upon go-live, ensuring business requirements are met by current learning trends.
• Deliverables will include, but not limited to: Defining curricula and learning paths Developing materials Proof reading materials Piloting training Learning materials and job aids Online resources and communications Delivering training Providing end user support

Qualifications:

• University degree at the Bachelors level in Computer Science/Information Technology or Education

Certification:

• Certification in adult learning and education

Education & Experience:

• Experience leading the deployment of learning for large IT projects in a hybrid model with users working at different locations and working various shifts
• Experience with deploying learning through a Learning Management System Experience developing instructor-led and online learning

Experience developing online support materials and communication
