You'll work closely with clients to resolve technical issues, configure systems, perform installations, and deliver training sessions. Success in this position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and effective resolution of incidents and service tickets.
Respond to client issues related to email systems and backups.
Provide remote and on-site technical support.
Install and configure servers, desktops, and laptops for clients.
Set up and deploy network switches and firewalls at client sites.
Demonstrate familiarity with CCTV cameras and related software.
Perform cable terminations and light hands-on technical work.
Ensure proper data protection and cybersecurity practices.
Accurately document all support activities and resolutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance and other IT-related tasks as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams for escalated issues.
Qualifications
Diploma in Computer Systems Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Management (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, G-Suite, and Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
Minimum 2 years of experience with VPNs, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS (preferred).
Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Networking and routing experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
Self-motivated, proactive, quick learner, and highly organized.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license and access to a car.
Salary commensurate with experience.
