What does IT Helpdesk do? You will use yourstrong organizational and customer service skills to support the IT and Helpdesk needs of the region through:
  • Providing hardware, software, and connectivity support to end-user desktop/laptop/tablet/mobile equipment, adhering to IT standards
  • Responding to Ticket requests from internal employee
  • Managing Active Directory/Exchange/Office365 user accounts and software subscription
  • Aiding other departments that may require travelling to a customer site
  • Maintaining asset inventory
  • Identifying issues and escalating with Senior IT staff where appropriate
  • Keeping up-to-date and acquire new skills with emphasis on technologies that add value to areas of direct responsibility.
To meet the time zone requirements of our various branches, the IT Helpdesk Technician has flex hours. This role will also be required to work After-Hours support. What you bring to PASS:
  • You are a valid RAIC holder or are able to obtain your Transport Security Clearance (upon successful hire)
  • You have a clear criminal background record
  • 1 to 3 year\xe2\x80\x99s practical experience in a Technical Help Desk or similar computer operational team environment
  • Diploma or equivalent work experience in a related field or industry
  • Current MCSA, A+ and Network+ certification
  • Must have strong oral, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills necessary to deal with and resolve technical problems
  • Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with any of the following:
    • Windows XP/7/8/10/11, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2018
    • Active Directory in Hybrid mode with Office365
    • IOS and Android Operating
    • Mobile Device Management
    • Experience with Microsoft SCCM
    • Windows Server Backup
    • Office365 \xe2\x80\x93 Word/Excel/Outlook/Microsoft Team/SharePoint
    • Malware/virus removal
    • Basic Router and switch
    • Dealing vendor to open and resolve ticket
