Duties:
This position is responsible for providing first level support for students, staff and faculty on campus.
Position works alongside permanent IT staff to resolve login problems, record and direct support tickets, gather information on problems and relay common solutions, AV equipment bookings and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
Full-time/Part-time Brandon University student
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A background with technology and computer support is an asset
