We are seeking a skilled

IT & Hardware Service Technician

with hands-on experience in servicing laptops and desktops.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in repairing, replacing, and maintaining hardware components.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops and desktops, including: Keyboard replacement Display replacement System board/motherboard replacement Battery replacement and troubleshooting Perform branding and BIOS configuration on motherboards after replacement Maintain accurate service records and provide technical support to end-users Test and ensure proper functionality of devices after repairs Keep up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and repair techniques

Requirements:

Proven experience in laptop and desktop hardware repair Strong knowledge of motherboard replacement and branding Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues Familiarity with BIOS settings, drivers, and firmware updates Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in computer hardware or related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Dell/HP/Lenovo certified) Experience with both consumer and enterprise-level devices

Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour
