As a IT functional analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the system needs of our clients and translating those needs into functional specifications. Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

• Managing relationships with clients to understand their system needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Translating needs into detailed functional specifications
• Testing solutions to ensure they meet user needs
• Documenting processes and procedures for future use
• Coordinating deployment activities and assisting with problem resolution
• Participating in follow-up meetings and project reviews to ensure projects are on track
• Identifying opportunities for process and system improvement
• Collaborating as a specialist on feasibility / detailed design of existing solutions

Requirements for this position:

• University degree or technical diploma in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in IT systems functional analysis
• Experience in project management and communicating with clients (an asset)
• Good knowledge of French and English
• Open to an internship
