Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a positive user experience.
Duties:
On-site support:
Providing direct assistance to clients at their locations.
Installation and configuration:
Setting up and configuring hardware and software systems including low voltage cabling and terminating.
Troubleshooting and maintenance:
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and maintaining systems.
Communication:
Collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Documentation:
Maintaining records of incidents and solutions.
Collaboration:
Working with engineering support teams to resolve complex problems.
Training:
Providing users with training on technology use.
Testing and documentation:
Testing, documenting, and setting up network hardware.
Qualifications:
Technical expertise:
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems. At least 3 years of practical field experience.
Troubleshooting:
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
