The company also offers custom manufacturing, private labelling, and testing services for retailers, resellers and manufacturers. The IT Engineer/ Programmer establishes and maintains network performance by building net configurations and connection, troubleshooting network problems. Maintain and upgrade ERP software programs. Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Enhancements to and maintenance of existing ERP systems.
• Data auditing and database management.
• Software and hardware support for users.
• Maintenance of network, firewall, servers, and other hardware.
• Provide support and expertise for IT related issues to non-technical users.
• Miscellaneous IT support.

Preferred Qualification and Experiences:

• Experience in or knowledge of Microsoft SQL. Understanding of stored procedures, triggers, views an asset.
• Experience in or knowledge of C# for over 2 years.
• Experience in or knowledge of Html, CSS and Javascript is an asset.
• Familiar with Windows Forms programming, DataGridView, DataBinding, Software development processes, Source control (eg. Git), Bug tracking (eg. Jira)
• Experience in Windows desktop application development
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
• Excellent communication and time management skills. Daily interactions with non-technical users required.
• Analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to view data information provided by others with skepticism and an unbiased view.
• Understanding of computer hardware and network systems an asset.
• Knowledge of supply chain cycle an asset.
