Schedule Shift:

9:00 am and 5:30 pm, open to work on the weekend/Holidays when business needs

Core Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Software development experience, Preferred Odoo development (custom module creation, system integration, and functional customization).

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Ability to independently complete Odoo development based on business needs.

Capable of Odoo server configuration, deployment, and maintenance.

Strong proficiency in Python, XML, and API integration.

Experience with GitHub and version control.

Open to handling non-Odoo technical tasks when necessary -- including emergency technical support and operational troubleshooting.

Mandarin Speaking.

Required Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-department teams.

Strong comprehension and analytical ability to translate business needs into technical logic.

Detail-oriented and highly logical in both development and problem-solving.

Demonstrate accountability and consistency in project execution.

Preferred Skills

Infrastructure management (network, server, virtualization).

Email server setup and administration (e.g., Mailcow).

Shopify app or integration development.

Understanding computing logic and system efficiency optimization.

Familiarity with network security principles.

Additional Information

This position requires a proactive mindset and a high sense of responsibility toward system stability. The candidate will be directly involved in core ERP system improvements and critical business process automation projects for Lucky Supply Inc.
