The Opportunity:

As the IT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating and accelerating the output of our core technology teams. You will... Lead and Coordinate Delivery: Drive IT and product-related projects using robust agile and iterative delivery methods. Ensure Alignment and Transparency: Facilitate planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain consistent team alignment and clear transparency across stakeholders. Balance Priorities: Skillfully manage delivery timelines, priorities, and resource constraints while keeping a sharp focus on business objectives. Optimize Performance: Track delivery progress using agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Remove Barriers: Proactively remove delivery impediments, resolve cross-team dependencies, and escalate risks to ensure smooth execution. Ensure Readiness: Partner with product and engineering to ensure comprehensive documentation, change management, and release readiness processes are in place. Coordinate Operations: Work closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to coordinate seamless deployment and production readiness activities. Cultivate Excellence: Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement within the IT team.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in IT project or delivery management.A minimum of 2 years of experience leading agile teams. Proven experience managing small, cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering technology or product solutions. Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). Experience coordinating development, testing, and infrastructure workstreams in parallel. Familiarity with modern release practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based deployment models.
