We are seeking a motivated IT Coordinator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in managing Information Technology administrative systems to ensure the highest levels of organization and control.
This position requires entry level general knowledge of computer hardware and software systems. Experience in organizing and managing information is also required. The candidate should be a proficient computer user and have an interest in technical growth.

What You Will Do:
Asset & Inventory Control
o Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets.
o Oversee lifecycle management of IT equipment (procurement, deployment, retirement).
o Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Software Licensing Administration
o Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
o Track usage and renewals and assist in optimizing license allocation.
o Interpret licensing models (e.g., per-user, per-device, concurrent).
Billing & Account Management
o Track and manage IT-related billing accounts and subscriptions.
o Reconcile invoices with Account Payable.
Documentation & Reporting
o Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, vendors, and licensing.
o Generate reports on asset inventory, license usage, and vendor performance.
Process Improvement
o Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and inventory workflows.
o Assist in implementing tools or systems to automate tracking and reporting.
What You Bring:
2+ years' experience in an IT role or a coordination role with strong computer systems awareness
Basic comprehension of computer hardware (CPUs, HDDs, RAM, etc.)
Basic comprehension of computer software (Microsoft products, CAD, PDF, etc.)
Proven organizational skills
Exceptional awareness of common Cybersecurity risks
Interpersonal and communication skills; easily partner with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Continuous improvement attitude in daily work
