Responsibilities

• Research and identify quality management decision-makers within small, mid, and large-sized companies
• Conduct 60-70 outbound calls daily, with follow-ups via email and LinkedIn outreach
• Generate 12-16 qualified leads per month and transition opportunities to the sales team
• Prospect from existing databases and new sources such as email campaigns, ZoomInfo, and web traffic
• Promote attendance at regular sales webinars and user conferences
• Create monthly outreach content for prospect and customer engagement
• Manage LinkedIn posts and digital marketing activities
• Handle inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and present product benefits
• Book phone appointments or webinar registrations for interested prospects
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track activity against lead targets
• Analyze survey results and marketing metrics, compiling reports for leadership

Qualifications

• Resident of Winnipeg & Canadian citizen (required)
• English fluency (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service - ideally with a software company
• Knowledge of QMS or ERP software is a strong asset
• Demonstrated success meeting lead generation quotas via phone outreach
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Friendly, persuasive, and results-oriented personality
• Degree in Marketing or Business is an asset
