Position Summary:
This position requires the candidate to act as a technical facilitator for online Zoom sessions. The total hours for this position are approximately 5 hours per week.Act as technical facilitator (host) for Zoom workshops and large classrooms Act as a resource person Save Zoom reports and recordings Consult and work with Course Administrators and Course Directors Must be available on the following dates:

Minimum Education and Experience

Undergrad, Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience hosting Zoom sessions

OTHER QUALIFYING SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES:All work is done remotely, candidates must have a quiet setting to work from Access to a computer with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and microphone. Possibility of working in the OIPE office if a suitable workspace or computer is unavailable. Strong knowledge of Zoom including managing breakout rooms, admitting participants, tracking attendance, assigning participants, managing chat, posting files. Reliable Must be able to work in Quebec French an asset Up to 10 hours per week

Knowledge of English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level #3 on a scale of 0-4.
