Klohn Crippen Berger has an opening for an Application Developer, working with the global IT team, to support and enhance our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative solutions that drive business efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to create applications, workflows, and custom forms while automating and streamlining processes using Microsoft Power Automate.



You will have the opportunity to:



Develop, configure, and manage system integrations to ensure secure, reliable, and real-time data exchange across various business platforms. Set up and maintain integration platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, APIs, or third-party iPaaS tools), ensuring smooth connectivity and performance. Leverage low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps to transform manual, script-based processes into fully visual, interactive applications. Automate workflows and connect processes using Microsoft Power Automate. Administer and manage SharePoint environments to support organizational needs. Implement and manage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to streamline operations. Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure long-term maintainability. Work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless integration of solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and deliver updates on project milestones.

We value your:



Educational background in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in application development, system integration, and/or low-code platforms. Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization. Ability to create custom forms and develop tailored workflows. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

The salary for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 per year. Salary is based on applicable experience, education, and skill level.
