Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT Analyst IV - Technical Support to join our client
Contract Period: 12 Months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $34 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Onsite - 2 days currently, 4 days on site in the New Year
Business Hours: Monday - Friday; Core business hours
Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing access request form
• Communicating with requesters
• Access provisioning
• Validating access provisioned is correct
• Retaining evidence for audit
• Candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs
• Team is technical in nature, technical skills such as outlook, MS Excel is a must
• Good oral and written communication skills is essential

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Post Secondary
• 8+ Years of Relevant Experience
• Application Support Experience
• Access Provisioning Experience
• Experience Report running
• Proficient within Excel (macros, vlookups)
• Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
• SQL Experience (run queries)
• AML Experience
• PowerShell Experience (run queries)
• Prior Banking or Financial Experience
