Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT Analyst IV - Technical Support to join our client.
Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: Starting from $34 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: 4 days a week in office as of Jan 2026, currently 2 days a week in office Monday and Thursday required
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business Hours
Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for access provisioning for multiple applications and some application support
• Reviewing access request form
• Communicating with requesters
• Access provisioning
• Validating access provisioned is correct
• Retaining evidence for audit
• Handling troubleshoot access issues

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Lean six sigma green belt ideally but not required
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience; ideally from the Banking / AML / Access / FI overall
• Technical skills such as outlook, MS Excel is a must
• Other tech skills like SQL, PowerShell, SAS would be asset
• Good oral and written communication skills is essential
• Application support experience
• Access provisioning experience
