What you will accomplish with us

As an

IT Analyst Intern, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

Analyze and document partner/user needs, supporting them throughout the delivery process to ensure service quality; Conduct comprehensive, data-driven analyses and make pragmatic recommendations aligned with established standards and guidelines; Review data and reports to identify trends, gaps, and root causes, actively contributing to operational problem-solving by proposing improvements; Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in team activities, including preparing ceremonies and defining deliverables; Ensure deliverables are completed with rigor and teamwork, promoting continuous improvement of processes and practices.

We are looking for someone who:

Is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (IT focus), or any related field; Must complete a university-accredited internship during summer 2026; Is recognized for curiosity, autonomy, analytical thinking, rigor, and continuous learning ability; Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills with internal partners/users; Stands out for analytical skills and problem-solving ability; Understands Lean/Agile principles and can apply them in a team context; Knows Workday, DevOps, and/or Microsoft Office Suite (assets).
