Your Opportunity:Reporting to the Manager, IT Web Presence & Collaboration Services, the IT Analyst 2 - Full Stack Developer will participate actively in the development and support of new and emerging web applications which will either standalone or integrate with other technical tools and systems. The successful candidate will have a high degree of proficiency in web application development and the support of Content Management Systems. Responsibilities Include: Working with business units in identifying and analyzing business needs across functions within AHS and developing web-based solutions to meet those requirements. Developing and supporting of custom web applications and enterprise content management systems. Provide technical expertise in consultation with Team Lead on application design, development, security, and performance/monitoring standard. Taking directions from management in implementing solutions. Will work from high level requirements through detailed specifications, prototype, software deployment and administration based on functional requirements. Analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement.Description:As an IT Analyst II, you will provide technical support related to information technology applications either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. You will ensure reliable operations of information systems, resolve complex technical problems, find solutions to customer needs, and lead projects and program initiatives. You will be responsible for more advanced application, telecom or technology support duties. You will investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex problems that have typically been escalated several levels before assignment to this position, and will translate business requirements into technical requirements for a solution and recommend a potential approach to the vendor. You will analyse the solution provided to ensure that it fits both technical requirements and business needs. You will also spend time on project or initiative leadership and delivery.

Required Qualifications:Completion of bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications:Broad knowledge of latest web and mobile application development in client-side coding, web service, API integration. Strong knowledge and expertise in development with MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL. In-depth knowledge and experience of working with ASP.NET/Core, PHP, PWA, AMP, REACT, NodeJS, RESTful API. Extensive working knowledge in machine-learning development in Python, R, Tensorflow. Familiar with application development in container environments such as Docker and Kubernetes. High degree of working knowledge in application development for Cloud based environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud. Strong working knowledge and experience in application development methodologies. Familiarly with ITIL Incident and Change Management Procedures in an enterprise environment. Be able to identify business problems in a corporate and administrative environment and make recommendations for solutions. Works well in a team as well as individually. Demonstrates advanced problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and business relationship skills. Familiar with business process re-engineering. Preferred Qualifications:Certified Cloud Application Developer considered asset. Various machine-learning based development and solution considered asset. In-depth knowledge for deploying applications in containerized environment considered asset.
