Position Overview:

As an Analyst with Cadence Solutions, you will be involved with client projects from initial scoping of the customer engagement through to the final software installation and customer acceptance. You will assist the project manager and the technical consultant in the gathering and defining of client requirements to implement OpenText Content Server. This role is the key liaison between the customer and our technical teams (business analysts, developers, project managers).

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of business requirements including folder taxonomy, user and group permissions, records management, workflow processes, and system settings.
• Development of testing scripts, including instructions, and expected outputs.
• Development of change management and training materials to assist the customer with adoption.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and support of the OpenText Content Server and/or Microsoft SharePoint ECM systems.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing with internal Cadence personnel and Client personnel.
• Assist with meetings between the customer and the technical team.

Qualifications:

• New Grads Welcome - Degree or Diploma in related field or a combination of education and relevant work experience
• Prior implementation experience in the IT industry is an asset.
• Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and apply logic to solve business problems and a willingness to dig into the details of specific projects to ensure the appropriate approach and best use of company resources.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and assignments.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• AIIM or ARMA Certifications would be ideal.
• OpenText Content Server, SharePoint or a different ECM software experience would be ideal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
