We\'re hiring an IT Administrator to assist with installing, configuring, servicing, repairing, and marinating systems and software in use at BioRender. You\'ll help create IT documentation and enforce company policies. You\'ll also provide in office conference room support and maintenance.

Please note this role requires in-person attendance in the Toronto office for a minimum of 3 days per week. \

Our ideal fit

• Eager to learn and follow industry best practices
• Strong work ethic
• Solid knowledge of macOS and Windows, ability to troubleshoot common issues
• Understanding of the following concepts: MDM, IdP, Active Directory, VPN
• Nice to have: coding experience (Shell, Batch), Linux experience, Okta experience

What you\'ll be doing

• Coordinating team members hardware delivery for onboarding
• Maintaining Access and Hardware inventory lists.
• Analyze and fill in gaps in IT documentation.
• Unlock users by resolving technical issues.
• Assist in building and maintaining documentation.
• Support triage and resolve tickets
• Maintaining and improving conference room in office.

• College IT diploma
