Our IT group in St. John\'s, NL is now looking for a Senior IT Administrator to join the team. The Senior IT Administrator is responsible for providing network, systems and end user support, while coordinating required activities with our global shared service provider.

What will you be doing?

The Senior IT Administrator is responsible for providing network, systems and end user support, while coordinating required activities with our global shared service provider.

• Provide end user desktop support
• Deploy and maintain both network, and server infrastructure
• Maintains and tracks IT equipment, records, and software licensing
• Performs continual preventative maintenance and updates on company IT hardware and software systems
• Administers and ensures maintenance and updating of all Security Infrastructure computer systems and hardware platforms
• Troubleshoot IT issues

We think you should have:

• Information Technology diploma or a combination of training and work experinece with a minimum of 8 years of experience
• Strong interface and communication skills
• Customer service driven
