Your days will include:

• Develop roadmap for IT Infrastructure including servers, cloud and end user computing platforms
• Design and implement solutions to application and business requirements
• Ensure stability, interoperability, security and scalability of system architecture
• Responsible for ensuring system uptime, performance, user experience and other KPI\xe2\x80\x99s meet business requirements
• Plan and lead large/critical projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to select appropriate design solutions and ensure the compatibility of system components
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IS team
• Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information
• Ensure accurate operational documentation, including hand-off support and training upon project completion
• Maintain and foster vendor relationships
• Review and coordinate configuration and implementation of system changes
• Work with IT leadership on budget planning and preparation
• Provide support for escalated issues

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT system administration
• Project management experience
• Experience designing, managing end user computing and infrastructure technologies
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to summarize findings to determine solutions
