Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse that is capable of doing iron infusions independently. The Nurse will provide iron infusions in a medical setting , ensuring that patients receive high-quality medical attention, and monitoring them for any reactions.

Responsibilities

Administer iron infusions Monitor patients for infusion reactions. Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (Epic) and maintain confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of nursing practices. Familiarity with electronic health record systems Ability to administer IV iron infusions and maybe any other IV infusions Strong skills in medication administration and patient care techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient interaction. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality care to diverse populations.

Preferred Assets

Prior experience in

outpatient or infusion clinic settings

.

IV Therapy or Advanced IV Certification

. Familiarity with

iron preparations

(e.g., Monoferric, Venofer, Ferrlecit) and infusion protocols.
