Career choice and strategies, occupational mobility, and individual satisfaction at work. The course focuses on issues that are high priorities for practitioners in human resource management, labour relations and employment policy.Estimated Course Enrolment: 40 studentsEstimated TA Support: 70 TA hoursSchedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 18:30 - 20:30This course is scheduled to be delivered online-synchronously. Previous experience in teaching a similar course is preferred.Description of Duties: Prepare a course syllabus in accordance with departmental guidelines. Prepare and deliver lectures (12 two-hour classes); be available for office hours and informal communications with students.
