Responsibilities

Execute installation and maintenance of copper and fiber optic networks for residential and small business customers Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internet connectivity, voice services, and data transmission Perform precise fiber splicing, terminations, and structured cabling in accordance with industry standards Operate safely at elevated heights (up to 28 feet) utilizing ladders and rooftop access systems Deliver high-quality customer support with a focus on professionalism and satisfaction Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and organizational quality standards

Requirements

2+ years

of experience in copper and fiber installation/repair (preferred) Hands-on skills

in fiber splicing, copper troubleshooting

, and structured wiring Basic understanding

of low-voltage

systems and networking Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication skills in English Experience with

Bell Canada or Bell MTS

is considered a strong asset
