This position is ideal for a recent graduate from a qualifying educational institution or program who is eager to learn and grow within the plastics manufacturing industry.Location: EdmundstonKey responsibilities include:

• Rotating through different departments within the Supply Chain function to gain exposure to various aspects of the business.
• Assisting with project management, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support functional initiatives.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Conducting research and market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth or functional improvement.
• Provide support to senior leaders and managers in executing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a recent graduate who is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Supply Chain. They should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
