Job Description

Responsible for the support and management of an assigned portfolio of customer and/or EDI Technical accounts. Prepare and participate in the analysis of customer requirements for new or existing RRD customer opportunities. Initiate & facilitate the development of customer invoicing and reporting in accordance with company guidelines and standards.

Provides training and support to Invoicing Solutions team on EDI implementations and serves as the subject matter expert on customer invoicing delivery methods.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for EDI implementations and other customer invoicing delivery methods.
  • Provide support to assigned specialty customer portfolios
  • Work with Sales and Customer Service to ensure all invoicing specifications are clearly defined and implemented to ensure timely and accurate delivery of invoices
  • Works closely with Sales and Customer Service to resolve invoice delivery issues and invoice disputes
  • Participate in interdepartmental implementations to obtain, analyze, and document client invoicing requirements, then model, activate, and support optimal invoice output formats and delivery methods.
  • Perform data entry and submit invoices into customer 3rd party websites or portals
  • Monitor open AR to identify invoice delivery discrepancies and/or root cause.
  • Creates and/or updates customer account procedures for use by onshore and offshore resources.
  • Responsible for the troubleshooting and training of users on all systems used to support the different invoicing outputs for US and Canada.
  • Supports large projects assigned to Invoicing Solutions team
  • Partner with Supervisor and Manager to develop processes and controls that mitigate risk
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills

Required Experience
  • Associates degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer and software skill, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of purchase orders, order processing and all WCSS invoicing outputs
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a strong understanding of 3rd Party and Proprietary Customer web portals/standard submission processes
