ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a 2 to 3 month contract. As the Investor Operations Administrator, youll play a key role in supporting the investor relations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. If youre adaptable, detail-oriented, and great with Excel, then this is perfect for you. This is a great learning experience, with the opportunity to work hybrid.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Investor Operations Administrator will report to the Director of Corporate Operations and will work within the Corporate Operations team. Responsibilities include:

• Assist the IR Operations team by verifying the accuracy and completeness of investor subscription documents and entering investor information into our system (when necessary).
• Arrange information to ensure conformity with specified formats, database limitations, and established procedures.
• Enter data into multiple systems and retrieve data from various systems in a repetitive manner.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Easygoing, adaptable, detail-oriented

COMPENSATION

• Up to $24/hour, depending on experience
• Hybrid work model - 2-3 days a week in office
• Client will provide a laptop, monitor, and keyboard
