Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has

5+ years of experience in investment operations or financial services

, with a strong understanding of capital markets and financial instruments. They are

detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized

, with experience managing fund performance, daily operations, and external service providers.


They must be

proficient in Python and working with APIs

and comfortable handling large datasets.

Fluency in Mandarin is required

. Experience with

cryptocurrencies and blockchain

is a plus.

and can effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Performance Monitoring:

Oversee and analyze fund performance by tracking Net Asset Value (NAV) and aligning it with market benchmarks.

Daily Reconciliation:

Manage daily fund activities, including cash flows, trades, settlements, and investor transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Service Provider Coordination:

Maintain and enhance relationships with external service providers such as brokers, custodians, and administrators to ensure seamless operations.

Regulatory Support:

Assist in regulatory compliance efforts and the preparation of necessary legal documentation.

Product Development Assistance:

Contribute to the development and launch of new financial products and investment strategies within the digital asset space.

Cryptocurrency Trading Participation:

Engage in trading activities involving cryptocurrencies and derivatives, including options and futures.

Data Analysis:

Analyze large datasets to identify trading signals and enhance investment strategies.

Market Monitoring:

Utilize APIs and automation tools to monitor cryptocurrency spot and derivative markets.

Financial Analysis:

Calculate profit and loss statements, perform valuations, and ensure accurate trade capture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. +

Languages: Must speak English and Mandarine

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry, with a strong grasp of capital markets and financial instruments.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Python programming and experienced in working with APIs.
