This Royal LePage National Chairperson\xe2\x80\x99s Club Team ("Top 10 Team" in Canada) is currently seeking 2 licensed Real Estate Sales Partners to join our Investment Team. Sales Partner Responsibilities:

• Working with motivated Buyers, Sellers and Real Estate Investors
• Majority of time is spent in the \xe2\x80\x98field\xe2\x80\x99 working with clients
• All administrative assistance and marketing is provided
• No \xe2\x80\x98cold-calling\', prospecting, or advertising

Minimum Requirements:

• Real Estate License
• Minimum 6-months experience as a Sales Representative/Broker
• Working knowledge of Matrix, MLS, WEBFORMS, CRM, MS Word/Excel
• Personal transportation
• The ability to work in a quick-paced & occasionally high stress environment
• Highly detail oriented and organized

We are seeking highly motivated people who love a challenge and who have successful sales, are knowledgeable and professional, have good client management, communication and organizational skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $100,000.00 per year Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Real Estate License (preferred)
