We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities. Prepare detailed presentations and pitch books for client meetings, showcasing market trends and investment opportunities. Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant data from various sources. Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations based on thorough research and analysis. Monitor industry developments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions affecting clients. Support the execution of transactions by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg). Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Previous internship experience in investment banking or finance is a plus but not required. A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the investment banking sector.
