We are currently seeking an Investigator Pricing Analyst to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Investigator Pricing Analyst at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in determining fair market value pricing for investigator services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the financial aspects of clinical trials.
What you will be doing:

• Conducting thorough analysis to identify fair market value pricing for investigator services based on study requirements and industry standards.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to negotiate pricing terms and ensure alignment with study budgets and contractual agreements.

• Maintaining documentation and records related to investigator pricing in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Providing support and guidance to internal teams on pricing-related matters and resolving inquiries from stakeholders.

• Contributing to the development and enhancement of pricing strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 2 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing analysis, or related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• 1 year budget building experience

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pricing and fair market value.

• Strong perceptive skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Analyste en tarification des investigateurs pour rejoindre notre equipe diversifiee et dynamique. En tant qu'Analyste en tarification des investigateurs chez ICON, vous jouerez un role cle dans la determination des tarifs conformes a la juste valeur marchande pour les services des investigateurs, en veillant au respect des reglementations et en soutenant les aspects financiers des essais cliniques.
Vos responsabilites :
Mener des analyses approfondies afin d'identifier la juste valeur marchande des services des investigateurs en fonction des exigences de l'etude et des normes du secteur.
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour negocier les conditions tarifaires et garantir la coherence avec les budgets d'etude et les accords contractuels.
Maintenir la documentation et les registres relatifs a la tarification des investigateurs conformement aux exigences reglementaires.
Fournir un soutien et des conseils aux equipes internes sur les questions liees a la tarification et repondre aux demandes des parties prenantes.
Contribuer au developpement et a l'amelioration des strategies et processus de tarification afin d'optimiser l'efficacite et la precision.
Votre profil :
Diplome de licence (Bac+3) en finance, comptabilite, economie ou dans un domaine connexe.
Deux ans d'experience en analyse financiere, analyse de tarification ou dans un poste similaire, de preference dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou de la recherche clinique.
Un an d'experience en elaboration de budgets.
Connaissance des exigences reglementaires liees a la tarification et a la juste valeur marchande.
Excellentes capacites d'analyse et aptitude a interpreter des ensembles de donnees complexes.
Maitrise de Microsoft Excel et de la modelisation financiere.
Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacite de collaborer efficacement au sein d'equipes interfonctionnelles.
