Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating warehouse stock into a new inventory management system to optimize warehouse operations. As a new business we are setting up a robust inventory control mechanism to support the growth of our business.

The role is ideal for someone with experience in barcoding systems who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and contributing to the development of new inventory processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing efficient tracking, labeling and stock management practices. Additionally, the role would entail providing guests with assistance in product selection, developing a strong knowledge of the various products and services offered in store.

Duties:
- Set up and maintain SKU and barcode system to enhance inventory management procedures
- Set up inventory management system to track inventory at baseline and maintain accurate records

- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.

- Assist customers in store or over the phone with product selection and availability

- Process orders, payments and returns

- Support POS system order management and transaction completion

Experience:
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

- Strong sales experience and POS knowledge
