Role



Reporting to the President, with close ties to the management team , manages and dispensing parts inventories, including ordering, receiving, inspecting, sorting, pricing, and shipping parts, while also providing customer service and maintaining records.

Responsibilities



Looking up and ordering parts as needed Making product recommendations and selling complimentary parts Assisting the service department with all their parts needs Ensuring all parts are added to repair orders Answering phone calls and generating parts quotes as necessary Assisting other staff with shipping and receiving Managing inventory Creating estimates for customers Ensuring all purchases are for an open job Unloading/loading parts and equipment Keeping workspace and bays clean and organized Ensuring adequate inventory for future jobs Maintaining open lines of communication between Shop and Service departments Safety duties as assigned e.g. Safety Representative
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
