You will be contributing to the company by always looking for ways to improve technician efficiency by having the proper truck and warehouse stock, accurate inventory counts, cost efficiency, and efficient part runner dispatching. You will ensure that we are able to accomplish our growth plans by having new vehicles onsite and ready for new staff as they come onboard. You will ensure that our vendor relationships are strong and a win for both parties.
Key Sub Tasks
Ensure inventory records are always accurate.
Manage relationships with all vendors for negotiation of price and to ensure excellent service.
Ensure PO's match invoices for reconciliation.
Manage truck replenishment process, material return process and purchase order process
Manage next day installs and installs in general, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillment
Manage receiving and returns processes
Assist in managing tools and vehicles as it relates to stocking.
Desired Skills and Experience
You should have experience in supply chain functional, operations/inventory management experience.
General accounting concept knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion.
Experience with inventory management software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with store teams, finance team and upper management.
Ability to use financial metrics to accurately read and diagnose business performance. The ability to use all levers to maximize key performance metric outputs.
Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving.
A self-motivated leader who is accountable for one's work.
Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data.
High degree of financial acumen.
High degree of action orientation and strong negotiation skills.
