You'll work from our Halifax office to send and follow up on purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm stock. You'll also enter expenses, maintain financial records, and ensure our books stay accurate for management and reporting.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and confident handling both supplier issues (delays, shortages, damages) and bookkeeping tasks.
