Inventory Planning & Analysis

Identify risks of overstock, obsolescence, or shortages and implement corrective actions. Track and report on key VMI metrics (fill rate, aging, stockouts, inventory turns). Provide regular inventory performance reports and recommendations for process improvements.
Collaboration & Communication

Partner with sales, customer service, operations, and supply chain to meet business requirements. Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw material availability and supplier alignment. Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain planning and inventory management.
